Recently updated and expanded, it is an elegant hotel in an excellent location. It is convenient to the metro and the Norreport train station, away from the heavily tourist areas, but only a 20 minute walk to them and in an area with a wide choice of restaurants.

This hotel was top notch! the staff, location and rooms were wonderful. The breakfast was average. I really appreciated when I ask for the room to not be clean the cleaning staff left extra towels and toilet paper by my door, which was very thoughtful.

Everything from the public areas to the lovely rooms. The staff was exceptional. My husband and I were visiting Copenhagen for a few days when I fell and broke my hip while out sightseeing. The staff could not have been more helpful. We will go back to Copenhagen and would no consider staying anywhere else!

amazing breakfast and free drinks at the bar between 17:00-18:00 make an extremely lively and nice atmosphere in the hotel lobby; the rooms provide everything you need for a nice stay :)

very good and modern designed hotel. staff is very good, well educated and warm breakfast perfect perfect location, very central very silent. there are hidden details, I like the note the housekeeping left under the bed saying we can feel good, they cleaned even under the bed. very clever message... we loved the concept as a whole and looking forward to go back to hotel ens of each day to have drinks at the lobby. If they were a chain that exists at every main city, I would stay only at this chain. (unfortunately it is not a chain. but I wish they invest and increase their presence at Europe) congratulations to the team.

I got to the hotel too early to check in, however they directed me to their secure luggage storage room where I put my case and locked my laptop/passport etc away in one of their lockers. Later, checked in and enjoyed their "calm hour" (happy hour). Bed was very comfortable. Lovely bathroom, especially the shower and water pressure. Staff were exceptionally nice and engaging.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Location was perfect we walked from the hotel each day and also hired bikes direct from the hotel which was so convenient. Decor was lovely and the staff were so attentive- never received a warmer welcome anywhere we have travelled!

Cozy room...warm lobby...plenty of outside areas...excellent selections at breakfast...complimentary beer/wine between 1700 and 1800 hrs....not too far walk to main attractions...close to the food market...
